I am working from the Joget Cloud server.

The message "The byte array is not a recognized imageformat" seems to indicate that the image format is not recognized. Perhaps you could try to use a different image format?

Hi, I have tried jpg image from PC, a PNG and a jpg photo taken from a phone all with the same errors. 

Not sure how else to change it.

I am still getting the below error. I have tried mucking around with image sizes and many variants with no luck. The images I would like to work are photos taken from a tablet or phone to attached into a report

Can it be confirmed if this could be a bug in our cloud install? Please note we are on the paid starter cloud version in which the error occurs.  We have set up a free trial cloud version and uploaded the exported app and the PDF export above is working correctly without the error above.

Hi, if it works when you import into another site, perhaps you can try to re-import the app into your current installation to see if it works?

Hi, I have tried this, I have completly deleted the app and uploaded from an export and it does not work it produces the same error below. 

I have tired the same process in my trial cloud install of deleting the app and importing from the identical export and it loads and runs fine. 

Hi Jason,  is the problem solved? I have similar problems with the image upload in PDF action too. Maybe this helps.

We are using the Cloud version too. The Download PDF Datalist Action Plugin's version is 5.0.0

The image that I have uploaded using the "Image Upload" form element is shown in the PDF but no matter how I change the size of the image in the form, the PDF doesn't change. Second; if I upload the image in the "Rich Text Editor" form element, it is not shown in the PDF. 

Apart from the "Image Display" size, I haven't changed anything in the image upload form element. The image I tried is a screen-shot =  PNG file.

So the image is displayed in the PDF but the size of it can't be changed.

The image in the rich text editor is not displayed.
