1- Regading point 1 my qeustion is how i can consume the joget forms in my custom mobile app? 

2- Plugin can be developed in Java.

3- All API's are available for integration with 3rd party or my custom app

4- we can use mysql, sql and oracle db

6- Regarding this point i would like to understand that if menu, components can be configured as per OBS structure defined in Joget. My App can have custom roles which will be defined in joget OBS and would like to use this for RBAC. 

1- Forms are web-based, so you can embed them using a WebView

6- Yes you can use organization structure for permissions. If you have custom requirements, you can also use custom code or develop custom permission plugins as required.
