How to make an assignment wait dor a specific date to run 
Example:

In Activity1 there is a datefield if I enter 1/1/2021 I want the activity2 runs in this date(1/1/2021)

I need after submitting the activity1 wait the date and then activity 2 will be available, not if the user did not complete the activity one .
It can be done by adding an activity that no one will submit it and route to check if this activity is submited

but I am asking if there is a better way
