Update fillable PDF

Is there a way to update a fillable PDF from data collected from a form and then email that PDF to a user?

If this is possible, where would that fillable PDF be stored in Joget and how to access it to write to it?

Hi,

As I knew u can use Email Tool to get the data in a form as pdf attachment and then email to a user. Please try out the sample app in Email Tool for better understanding of how the Email Tool works.

Thank you for your response Lee. However I had already seen the Email Tool solution but it does not solve my issue. This merely creates a PDF of the form.

I need to email a PDF (basically a letter) that contains lots of static content to selected users plus some dynamic content that is extracted from the DB (submitted via a form) that is specific to a user.

In the end I decided to use Report Builder. Very easy to use and I do not have to create a fillable PDF.
