I have a list with all the forms filled out, and I want them to open a page for me when I click on the report, how do I do it?

Good morning!
I have a form that, when filled out, goes for approval and then appears in the list field, so that I can take the report. Here is the image:
As shown above, in the list appear all the forms filled out and I would like that when clicking to see the form open the following:
I need to see this approved form, can anyone help me?
