how to set the JAVA-OPT memory settings

Greetings - I am using the docker image for the joget professional edition. everything is working fine, but I wanted to know how do I increase the java memory. I only see that we have 390 allocated. I know how to modify the container but cant find where the setting. thiis what is set in the ccontainer.
