Datalist user full name instead of username

Hi,

On a form I have a user field select box. I use the User Options Binder to get all the users from my organization.

Only the username of the selected user is stored in the database

Now when I use this column in a datalist, how do I show the full name of the person instead of the username?

Hi,

This already what I had configured. Looks like it is for the options labels only (which works fine) but not how it is stored in the database. I have verified and in the DB it is storing the element by username. So how do I get the full name back on the datalist?
