Files downloading issue using joget version 6.0.21

Hi Experts,

We are facing issue that is we are using https url so when we try to upload files through joget form so files get uploaded successfully on server but when we try to download those files we got "page not found" error.What could be the issue?Is there any way to resolve it?

Ensure your load balancer or proxy server preserve the URL address from and to Joget without changing / modifying the URL address of the file attachments. Maybe this will help.

Right now we are not using proxy server. Actually few days back we were able to download files when we were not using SSL. Since we changed in Apache tomcat configuration for SSL, downloading file issue got started after configuration. What could be the issue?
