How to do approve application by department?

I'm using joget dx community.How to do approve application by department? It means list in inbox will display record followed by department.For example, A as Manager in department IT will be approve applicant from department IT only.

I imagine that you have a "Approver" swimlane, then just map the participant to "Performer's HOD of the Person that started Run Process".

When person X submits, it will go to person X's HOD for approval.

Check the expenses claim app that came with your Joget for reference.
