Failed to send email towards requestors

Hi, Im currently using the enterprise version and I'm trying to send an Email to the requestor but if failed to send it to them. The error msg says the email was not specified, but Im trying to send back to the requestor itself. The requestor uses their own windows credentials to login and how do i grab their email from it?
In the email tool, should I type #requestor.email# to the participant ID? Since i put requestor in the participant id initailly and it didnt work.
