Run Process Unable to Route Back to Previous Activity Form

Hi, currently I am having a process flow as below. When I try to click back button in browser to back from "Send OTP" form to "Show ETB" form, it shows "assignment is not available now" error message. Why is joget showing the error message and is there anyway to allow user to back in a process flow or this is not allowed in joget workflow?
