split in select box

Dear Team,
I am stuck in one place. I am storing the data in the database column multiples like Admin; Ajeet; Andrew; Dinesh
The same data want to display on the user form in the select box and the user selects only one. e.g. Means split the values and display. Kindly help us how to split the values in the select box using BeanShell please provide a link to get the help either do you have the code like this kindly share us.
