tomcat down

Confluence User - 06 Sep, 2021

Hi, does anyone experience the situation which is joget homepage appear page cannot be found. but after stop and start the tomcat services then the joget homepage become normal. what i need to check? the catalina log and joget log does not seem helpful. im using joget community v6 with linux os.

oh i forgot to add.. after 1 or 2 days.. the joget homepage appear page cannot be found again.

Best to check the joget.log file for what errors are causing your issues and look it up at Troubleshooting - Common Errors
