Process Activity - More setting not available

Hi experts
How can I see the More Settings option for Process Activity ? because in a Youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cs6wnBTSdrE&t=1025s @28:48 the presenter click on More settings as shown in Figure 1. But in my case, I do not see any more option as shown in Figure 2.
