How to record history of approval?

Hello expert,
i want to make a grid which contains Record history of approval in my process. The grid will contain date the activity created and the performer of that activity.
I used Joget workflow V4 Enterprise.
How i can see the audit trail in userview (user Joget perspective, not just in admin sight)? If i should build an audit trail plugin, can you give me a sample of the plugin?

Hello,

Have you tried some of the apps in Joget Marketplace http://marketplace.joget.org? The HR Expenses and Internal Service Request apps have such approval history, so you can maybe refer to that.
