Getting Record cannot be found

When I added permission with readonly for unauthorized checked on form that is used to run a process I'm getting record cannot be found when I'm not authorized. I should get read only form.

the permission works fine when the form is not used to run a process.

what am I missing?

Maybe you can attach a small app for the community to check it out. Do label the form that's readonly clearly for the new app reader to see. Thanks.
