why sync LDAP cannot permission

i use ( Admin Username (Principal) & Admin Password (Credential) . 

i done have permission 

help me pls 

tell me step by step

I think you need to set the LDAP Directory Manager#AdminRole to have access to Joget administrator screens. Meanwhile, login to Joget using the same username and password as defined in your LDAP, for example:

username: cn=admin,dc=example,dc=org
password: ******

i use 

Admin Username (Principal) 

LDAP username with read permission to LDAP/AD.
 cn=administrator,dc=xxxxx,dc=com

Admin Password (Credential) 

  xxxxxxx


but not have permission 
as attached pic above
