Uploading file in production environment taking longer than usual, in test environment took few seconds only

Hi ,

Could seek for experts help as uploading a 5 mb file took longer than usual . we checked server utalization is normal and server still have many space.

Same file we upload in test environment only took us few seconds. Could seek help if anyone facing same issue ?

Hi, if the problem is happening for the same app in different environments, I would suspect that it is an infrastructure issue in that specific environment. Try checking the network latency and also the related infrastructure servers such as the web server, proxy server or firewalls.
