Upgrading Joget DX7 gives EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION error when click on app menu

Dear all,

good day!

I am trying to update my Joget DX7 from version 7.0.16 to 7.0.27.

After update, I am able to login successfully and launch my existing apps.

But once I click on any menu from my apps, it gives the error below and the Joget automatically exit.

Any idea on how to solve this?

Any input are appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, there is a note in Upgrade Guide#UpdatingtoJogetDX7.0.26 mentioning a bug in the older JVM version, so you need to upgrade it.

Thank you for your reply.

I had just upgraded my JVM to latest version as download from the Java website today,

but still hitting the same error~

Is there any setting that I possibly miss out?
