Popup Form from Datalist hyperlink

Hi, I want to popup form from hyperlink 'Close' in datalist. I've tried using Hyperlink target by 'Popup Diaglog' in datalist. But it does not appear as my expectation. It appear the whole page of the system. I just want to display the form only instead of the whole page. I wonder if my method used is not applicable.
