How to generate new ID when update application with same Ref No?

Hello,

How to generate new ID when staff re-apply for service maintenance?. My problem is when staff re-apply the application, the record only show the latest information. Staff unable to view the history record.

Below is the maintenance service form applied by the staff. The application will be approved by HR. My issue staff able to submit application more than one time, but staff unable to view history record. I'm have to 2 table (Service Maintenance & Re- apply Service Maintenance). I want to the application have 1 Ref No and multiple ID.

Hi, I am not sure if I understand the requirements correctly, but in your re-apply form perhaps you could just use a new blank ID Generator to generate a new ID, and populate the previous Ref No into a separate AJAX Subform. That way you have a new record, but also keep a reference to the old submission.

hi,, in joget community dont have Ajax Subform features. is it any solution to solved my problem?
