subform with visibility condition

Hello everyone, i need your help.

I have a form that needs to be filled in daily.
If the status of the form is "draft", the next day I will have to confirm it in order to be able to complete today's new form.
I didn't know how to use the old form.
I used "subform" but couldn't specify the day-1 condition

Maybe use a scheduler to create a new record with status or date "Draft" and with today's date.
