visibility condition with field value

Hello
I wanted to know if it is possible to use the value of an input in the visibility controle

Like in this example, 
I want a section to be visible if the value of the field "semaine" is = 23

Just set the visibility Control Rules as "Field Id = Semaine" and "Field Value = 23".

23 is just an example .it's a dynamique variable , it is not static
