How to use the default exception in transition?

I have a transition from Bean Shell Tools and would like to catch the exception for executing the bean shell script.

The exception is for deadlines in process flow. Not the typical try-catch exception in coding.

Set a value into a workflow variable in your coding's catch block so that in your flow, it will flow to the intended route using condition transition.
