Cardano Joget - Using Mainnet

Dear Community Support,

Also, on my first day venturing into Cardano and when I upload the Cardano Blockchain file into Manage Plugins, I saw that there is a Mint Native Token and NFTs.

I did watch the video using Testnet Faucet to send Transaction. My question is if using Mainnet, does this include the Mint Native Token before proceeding to the "Send Transaction" process?



What do you think? Is this possible using Joget DX?

Hi there,

I'm not clear on your question but I will answer the best I can.

If you select Mainnet, it requires real world ADA to be sent to an account generated within Joget (via the Cardano Generate Account Tool) in order to perform any transactions on the Cardano blockchain. ADA is needed to pay transaction fees (e.g.: asset transfers, minting, burning, etc.).

All the cardano plugins features works the same regardless of selecting testnet or mainnet.

As a precaution, it is a good idea to create your apps and test extensively on the testnet before transitioning to the mainnet.
