How to post data to external system by JSON Tool

Hi Guys,

I want to post the data from submitted form to external system. But I configured json tool couldn't work. I'm not sure the next step "Store to Form" is optional configuration or not. BTW, if there is list grid in form, how could I set json tool to post together? I never use this tool before, so it is hard to me.

Hi,

If you're consuming external systems API, you'll use JSON Tool and require the external systems API information for the details to fill up the JSON Tool.

JSON Tool - Knowledge Base for DX 7 - Joget | COMMUNITY

If the external system is consuming Joget's, you'll need to use Joget's JSON API / API Builder and provide the necessary details to the external system so they can consume it.
