How to store the uploaded document only when the request is approved in Google drive

Hii Everyone.
I have a scenario where i want to upload the document into the google drive once the request is approved but when i am using the google drive file plugin in form its uploading once the request is submitted irrespective of whether it is approved or rejected i,e before the approval process is started. So is there any way to achieve my scenario.
Any help will be appreciated.
