Invalid type error message when attach image from iPhone

Hi,

Anyone encountered that unable to save image in the form and show Invalid type error message when using iPhone (iOS9)? how can it fix? Thanks.

I have tried three iPhones, same errors.

The default image format is set to ".jpg;.gif;.png", you can change it in the field setting "Image File Type".
