Have a simple scenario and trying to make it work with Joget.

The scenario is : We have a form which is already filled and verified in another system.The form to get approved / rejected in Joget (or follow other defined workflow in Joget). We are directly importing all the form data (rows) to Joget table using Json tool. Till here, ok. However, shkprocessdata table does not get an entry for records inserted thru Json tool.

(Joget approver will have to see the form with data filled and take action) These records do not appear in the approver inbox. 

To recap,

 1. The form data has already been filled and verified in an external application.

2. The form data records are imported to Joget form data table using Json tool.

3. An approver user logins to see the inbox with pending forms, from inserted data (which he/she can select one by one and view the form with filled data and approve or reject or push further in workflow).  The approver inbox is empty because the records have not triggered process(es).

Please help with info on what else/next to do to turn the process(es) on for the imported records thru Json tool. Thanks.
