multifactor authentication failed

I am trying to enable TOTP on one of our joget server (on premise) when i enter the password and submit it shows invalid password however the password is correct. But when i tried to achieve the same on cloud it worked fine. Attached screen shot for your reference please advise. There are no errors shown in the logs

This might be the reason - check your local Joget server time and your OTP generator's time and make sure it sync-ed.
