Populate the cell value in a spreadsheet to another spreadsheet using Custom HTML?

Good day everyone,
I have two spreadsheets, Spreadsheet1 and spreadsheet2 as below, the column "Time" is a drop down field, while the other 2 columns are text.
Fields in spreadsheet1:
Fields in spreadsheet2:
From the above I would like to achieve when I select a time in spreadsheet1, the time column in spreadsheet2 will change into the time selected in spreadsheet1.
