Error initializing Date Picker

Hi,

I import an app from my friend's workflow. But when i open some form, it prompt an error on initializing date picker, and error initializing radio. Below is the sample of print screen. How this thing happen? Any help please?

you can new install joget or your copy joget folder to another computer ??? for perfect run this application you can install new joget and you import this application, and update folder with use sample image, plugin etc.. thanks...
