Creating a Datalist from data entered through a Form Grid

I am busy designing a Leave Planning program using Joget Enterprise v5.

I created a Form “MyPlanned Leave Dates” with 3 fields:

DatePicker: DateFrom

DatePicker: Date To

Text Field: Where I do a calculation of the number of days between the 2 dates

I then created an application form for the Planned Leave and added a Form Grid Element that points to the My Planned Leave Dates Form. Users can add more than one row of data into the form

When I try to create a Datalist using the Application Form it does not show the DateFrom and DateTo column information. It is also Greyed Out in the Left Column where I can Drag it from.

Can anyone maybe explain to me what I am doing wrong and how I should go about creating a datalist?

You can download a sample Joget Workflow Simple Leave application from Joget Marketplace. With this app, you can view how the forms and list and userview work together as a Leave app on Joget Workflow platform. For information on how to import an app, read here.

The Simple Leave app only runs on Joget Workflow Enterprise v5, which you can download and install from here.

You can find out a lot of information about Joget Workflow from the Knowledge Base site.
