Required help on 'Multi Paged Form'

We are started evaluating the Joget, for that we have downloaded Joget Workflow V4 community addition.
We have requirements to show the multiple forms in tab.
We followed the steps described in Multi Paged Form.

For the first page it is working fine but for the second page we are getting the below error.

Hello,

As far as I am aware the Multi Paged Form is only available in the Enterprise Edition so don't know how you can use it in the Community Edition. Perhaps you can try it out in the Enterprise Edition to see if it works.
