Can you suggest how can I do in this case?

The Corporation organization has 3 levels as 'P101 Business manager = department’ , P101-1 ‘Assistance business manager = sub department of P101’ and 'P101-1-1 Section manager = sub department of P101-1’ as show in table 1. In the future, if the organization change into 4 levels by adding 'P Managing Director = department as highlight in table2 and I need to move all information as I mention in table1 to be sub department of “P”. Can you suggest how can I do in this case?
