Duplicate data

Hi All,

Earlier our team here had done with the PC Maintenance testing by using the Joget Form. Just want to clarify with you, when they press submit button there is a duplicate value appeared more than 2-3 times. And each data repeated is within 2-3 seconds. Could you please advise what is root cause of this problem to be occurred. Please refer to the attachment above for more details. hoping to hear from you all.Joget Forms Data.xls

Hi,

It is strange that you get repeated data, are you sure the user is not submitting the form multiple times? In v5 there is an overlay that will prevent accidental resubmission. If you are using v4 then you could try adding some JavaScript to prevent it.

Hi Anders, Yes, im very sure the user just clicked once for the submit function. I will check with the programming team as well for the JavaScript. Any other suggestion regards to this issue? Thank you
