using API auto generate id was not working in the form grid its giving hexa decimal but i want in a number

in the customer form I am using a form grid for the contact person that both have an auto-generated ID in their forms, however, when I insert data using the API, the customer id gets properly but in the contact table, the auto-generated ID isn't working properly and instead returns number its is giving a hexadecimal ID.

Hi, you can try making use of the Options format type in the Form Grid configuration, like in Example of using 'Options' in Form Grid.

Thank you for your response, however this is not an issue I am facing. The problem is that when I upload data from API, the auto generate id does not work in the child form, but when I insert data manually, the auto generate id is working fine in both the parent and child forms, as shown in the above image how API is generating the id in hexadecimal. Please help.
