Joget On Demand API Call System Error

hi, good day to all,
im currently testing API Builder plugin on both locally installed joget dx enterprise and joget on cloud. the test on my pc was ok, can get the json data. but there is error response returned when api call from domain.on.joget,cloud :

- Is there any limitation to use api call on joget cloud ?
