Control concurrent change of activity (form)

Hi Team,

I have form mapped to activity of a process; this process is assigned to multiple user. I want them to work anyone of them at the same time.

Is there any option to control if someone is already working on form (activity)?

Assign the activity form to a GROUP or DEPT, and anyone within the group or dept can attend to the activity. Only taken, the other users cannot work on this activity anymore. Hope this helps.
