How to set Javascript value (html tag) to textarea without html tag

Hello expert,
I have some script to set the rejection comment using js and the outcome using html attribute. Just wondering how can i copy the value display at the form in my textarea(form) without any html tag. So I can store the attribute to database as references. please refer image attached.
