select box populate

my question is, how can i populate the Department select box depending on what business unit the user picked. for example, the user picked "AFF" as a business unit, the select box should show "optionA, optionB, optionC"

then the user picked "OFF" which is another option in the select box, example like "optionD, OptionE, optionF"

is it possible?

It look like u are looking for Dynamic Cascading Drop-Down List. It can be done by using Default Form Options Binder by configure the "Grouping Column".
