Import App as a Copy

Is there a way to import an app as a copy, i.e. with a new name?

If not, can this be considered as a feature request?  From a UI perspective, it seems like there would just need to be one intermediate screen between selecting the archive of the base app, and the creation of the new (copy) app, with fields for the new name, etc.

Seems like Clone Published Application may be the best way, but it should be simpler, like right-click - Rename...something like that...

In v5, you can create a new app by duplicating another app. Please refer to Design New App.
