Hi Jedi, Sorry just notice your setting on the email destination. You put email address on To (Participant ID), on this field it is suppose to be participant Id not email address. If you want to put specific email address you can put it on To (Specific Email Address) field.

Check your Joget's server log (catalina.out or joget.log) once you try to send the email. It will probably list down why it failed.

and how can i fix it when i want the sender to be a "yahoo" email account while the reciever will be a "gmail" account

It is not possible because gmail required the sender and the username are same.

SMPT username and SMPT password is the email & password you used to login your gmail account.
