how to cancel process

hi, every time i press the Apply User Account in my project, it automatically creates a data in the inbox process, how can i fix it by when the user press "Cancel" button, the inbox process will be also be cancelled?

You can map a form to the special "Run Process" activity as stated in Map Activities to Forms

Run Process is a special activity whereby it can also be mapped to a form. User will see this form before the actual start of the process. The process will only start after the user submits the form. This is particularly useful to reduce unnecessary creation of process instances.
