why is it not working? it should only display the "GSD" section but displays all sections even i have the conditions applied below

I don't see any regular expression in your value. Try disabling that.

i works when i used it within a form. but it doesnt work when i am referring to a subform for this one

Yup, you are right. You must not get the parent form section to depend on a subforms' field. This will make your form design very confusing in the long run too.
