Hi Joget Community,

 

i want to ask if there is a way to not display text fields when there no inputted value in it.

for better understanding i attached a picture below.

it shows that the account is only for a "Email Account" not "GDS" but the "GDS" field still is in the body. is there a way that it will not be sent when no inputted in the text field?

You can define a route in your workflow to check if the field is empty or fill.

If empty, send version 2 of your email that dont hv this field.

If not empty, send version 1 of your email that has this field.

Dont forget to set your field to the workflow variable field.
