how can i see the database table columns?

hi how can i see the database table columns? meaning the data inside every table? what app should i use and download to open it?

Hi,

I assume you are using MySQL? 

There are many tools available, a quick google search would give you the answer e.g. http://www.databasejournal.com/features/mysql/slideshows/top-10-mysql-gui-tools.html

Not sure if this is the best place to ask though, since this is not a Joget question (smile)

actually i tried using mysql workbench before. i can seem to open the .frm files

Hmm you should check out the mysql workbench documentation, you are not supposed open the frm files
