all can be done insdie the Process Builder. read and study how to use the Process Builder and it will be easy for you to do escalation and approval control

i try to create a process and i see this Link To Run Process : http://localhost:8080/jw/web/client/app/Test1/1/process/process1?start=true but when i tried to access this URL i get "Security Violation (Code 403)" error. FYI, I can do the "Run Process" What i want to achieve is actually something like i do my own data entry form in my existing system, after successfully saving, i want to start the Workflow Process and all the operation will be using my system... my system will just feel Joget the status of the workflow so that Joget help me to flow to next Activity/Tools. How can these be done? Thanks
