Time Picker automatically for start_time

In order to measure a person for customer service quality, i need to calculate how much time it takes to serve one customer. We can use TIME PICKER. But I need that the start_time field is inputted automatically when she is inputting for example one text box. Is it possible to make it automatically input for start time ?

Stop time is collected when she save the form.

You will need a Joget Workflow Date Time Hash Variable.

(1) By using TIME PICKER normally with "24 Hours Format"  checked resulting 22.20

But with Default Value = #date.h:mm#  and "24 Hours Format"  checked resulting 10.20

How to fix this ?

 

(2) The same case with DATE PICKER, by editing Default Value = #date.yyyy-MM-dd h:mm:ss# it always resulting 2016-04-25 12:00:00  and not 2016-04-25 22:20:00   (current minute)

Do you have a solution ?
