work process not working properly to assigned user

Hi,

I am facing problem in application when user start the process it will go back to him again instead going to another user.

kindly help me what could be the problem currently i running Version: 7.0.2 - build d2fbc9e

Hi, a task is assigned back to the previous user when no user matches the participant mapping. Try checking your participant mapping configuration in your process to make sure it is correct. There might also be errors in the system logs, so try looking into that as well.
